Now you can open any block's settings to view access rights details for each member to see if they are all Write, all Write, all Write. 

Members with the Defined Application security permission can now easily see the Read and Write access of every Member for an individual block. Simply open up a Block's settings, click on the Access Rights section, and then hit the view detailed access per Member button.
