You can now customize access rights and permissions for all Members in Snapshots. Previously, if you took a Snapshot, the Access rights configuration was preserved and uneditable. Now, data input is allowed on Blocks from the Security folder to manage access rights and permissions, so you can grant or modify access to Snapshots for new and existing Members! Learn more.

Pigment variables just got a serious value add. Allow your users to change variable values on the fly, simplifying reporting and enhancing flexibility by reducing the need for multiple Calculated Items.

Imagine a Budget vs. Actuals analysis where the Scenario you want to compare your actuals to can change depending on the user and the time period. This could be Reforecast, Budget, Forecast, and so on. You no longer need multiple Calculated Items for each comparison. Create one Calculated Item for variance that references actuals and - here comes the flex - a Scenario variable which defaults to Budget.

Say goodbye to incorrect SUM aggregations for Metrics like Full-Time Employee (FTE) counts or cumulative Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You can now assign default values to aggregators, such as Last non-Blank. Set up new default aggregators when you create a new Block, or in your Block settings. These default aggregators automatically apply to any new Views you create. But what about your existing Views? You're all set! Your current default aggregators remain unchanged when duplicating or drafting existing Views, so your workflow won't miss a beat. Learn more here. 

Visual hints are now cell status indicators! These handy indicators show if a cell's data comes from a formula or if it has been manually updated. You can turn them on or off as needed on a Board or View. We’ve also tweaked the style: instead of a yellow background, cells that can be manually input or edited now have a gray border.
