Now you can enhance your data presentations with up to 24 custom colors in the expanded Workspace Color Palette. This update lets you align visuals with your brand, highlight key insights, and create more engaging reports.
To customize your palette, go to Workspace settings and add new colors. Use these additional colors in Pigment to format reports, highlight key series in charts, or make specific Dimension Items stand out in grids.
Work with new options in your Workspace settings to control how access rights inheritance is configured in new Applications. Apply these options to reset access for shared Blocks with the RESETACCESSRIGHTS function, or to ignore inherited access rights completely in all new Applications.
You can now set up and manage IP Allow lists for your API Keys in Pigment. Restricting API key usage to specific IP addresses or ranges helps reduce the risk of unauthorized access if a key is exposed.
If multiple allow lists are assigned to the same key, all specified IP addresses and ranges will be permitted. You can also set a default IP Allow list to apply consistent restrictions across all keys.
Note: This feature is only available for Enterprise customers.
You can now view and manage Snapshot usage directly from the Plan & Usage page to optimize Workspace performance. Unnecessary Snapshots consume significant storage and can quickly deplete your Snapshot quota.
Proactively maintaining Workspace hygiene is essential. The Snapshot usage overview provides key insights to help you optimize storage, save space, and improve performance while staying within your limits.
We're launching the Search Boards feature! With this new AI tool, you can type in requests like “Show me reports on key accounts for last year”, and it looks up your data from any Application in the Workspace. It accepts prompts in over 50 languages, and requires no special set-up. Learn more.
Widget selector options are now accessible directly from Widget Settings, simplifying configuration and adjustments.
Quickly decouple or modify selectors to compare multiple contexts within the same Board. For example, view North America’s last quarter trends alongside Europe’s current month performance for seamless side-by-side analysis without switching filters.

Now, you can effortlessly preserve your layout when exporting to Excel! Key formatting elements like tree indentation, row heights, and gridlines are seamlessly retained, maintaining your data’s hierarchy and ensuring clarity.
These enhancements boost readability and ensure perfect alignment with your View settings, delivering exports that are clear, intuitive, and tailored to your needs.
You can now resize Page selectors in Boards, Widgets, and Blocks! Use the new handle in the bottom-right corner of the selector to resize it. This update provides full visibility of Dimension Item names, making it easier and more efficient to work with selectors.
From today there is an even better way to delete manual inputs and overrides from Metrics. Instead of having to click and delete cell by cell, now you can choose the Scenarios, then define the cell range, and finally select the Metrics to delete in. This makes replacing forecasts with actuals much faster!
Bulk deletions are access rights specific—Members must have Write access to delete inputs on a range of cells.
Variables can now reflect Scenario-specific values, such as the reference month or launch quarter, for more dynamic and accurate analysis in your complex models.
For example, you might want to reference your best month from last year as the reference month for your optimistic Scenario, and the worst month for your pessimistic Scenario. In Calculated Items and Show Values As, the Variable references the appropriate month for each Scenario. For Filters, both months selected for the two Scenarios are automatically included, ensuring critical data isn't missed.
