You can now import Openings, Offers and Applications at any stage from Ashby, giving you a complete view of your recruiting pipeline. Connect open roles, candidates, offers and hires to build richer recruiting reports and track candidates throughout the hiring process.

Existing imports continue to work as before. When importing Applications, the default filter remains set to Hired candidates to maintain backward compatibility. To use Openings and Offers, update your Ashby API key with the required permissions and reconnect your Ashby integration. Explore the new entity types and gain deeper visibility into your hiring funnel.

When reviewing changes in granular deployment, you can now compare the last edited time of source and target Views side by side in the Change details panel.

A warning indicator highlights when the target View is newer. This helps you quickly identify the most recent version before deploying and avoid accidentally overwriting updates in Production.

Now you can use a Recovered Application as the source for Metric-to-Metric imports! This lets you restore recent Metric data from automatic Pigment backups into your live Application in just a few clicks.

If a Metric is updated by mistake, you can recover its data from an earlier point in time without exporting files or creating a Snapshot first. Combined with Local Deployment, this gives you a simple way to roll back both your model and data to the same point in time.

You can now use Snapshots as the source for List-to-List imports. Reuse historical List data such as headcount, account balances at a specific point in time, or product catalogs directly in live Applications without manual exports and imports. 

Item matching options help keep imports reliable when Snapshot references no longer exist in the live model, letting you choose whether to fail the import or reject affected rows.

Create flexible, reusable Data Actions with Parameters. Instead of updating mappings manually or creating multiple configurations, Members can choose the Dimension values they want each time they run a Data Action.

Parameters are configured once at the Application level and can be reused across multiple Data Actions, including from Boards with Action widgets. Default values are also supported to streamline recurring imports. With fewer configurations to maintain, it’s easier to adapt imports to changing planning needs.

Format complex Views with ease using the Hierarchy View Template. Apply distinct styles to each level of your rows or columns to match your data structure, from financial reports to organisational hierarchies.

Set up to five levels and customise each one, with an optional style for the lowest level of detail in your View. Adjust cell styles and secondary headers to fit your layout, then apply it across your Views to keep hierarchies consistent and easy to navigate.

You can now use colors defined directly on Dimension Items in your charts, in addition to Theme palettes. Select Dimension Items from the Color by drop-down menu in the chart’s Style settings to automatically apply model-defined colors to each series.

This ensures consistency across your Board without manual overrides. You can still use Theme colors if you prefer a predefined palette. This feature is available for Bar, Line, Pie, and Combined charts.

You can now replace multiple Dimensions in one go, saving time and reducing manual work. Quickly select several Dimensions using Add all in Folder, and use Autofill matching shared Dimensions by name to automatically match Dimensions across Applications.

When working with multi-Application models, you can import a Template, then bulk substitute Dimensions from the Hub into your existing model. This creates a smoother and more efficient workflow for building and updating models at scale.
