You can now easily recover an Application from a backup. This update gives you greater control and confidence when managing data and making important changes—quickly retrieve a stable version of your Application after accidental changes or testing updates, without affecting your live Workspace.
Simply choose a backup to recover from, confirm the restore settings, and recover your Application with all data and configurations intact.
You can now select and edit data directly from your Map charts. Update Metrics—like account ownership, potential ARR, or active status—simply by selecting areas or markers on the map. This makes it easy to assign or rebalance sales territories, align quotas, and keep regional coverage consistent without leaving your View.
Configure an edition form to define which Metrics users can edit, then use the Start selection option to select areas or markers, update their values, and save changes instantly.
Make long formulas easily readable with this new formatting option. Clicking the new button or using its shortcut (cmd/ctrl + . (dot)) autocapitalizes functions, indents, and formats formulas over multiple lines at logical breakpoints.
We’re introducing PREVIOUSOF, a more powerful replacement for PREVIOUSBASE. PREVIOUSOF enables iterative calculations across different Blocks, allowing Metrics to reference one another step-by-step along an iteration Dimension (such as Month). It lets you unlock models that require circular referencing, like supply chain calculations or cash flow forecasting. This feature will roll out in phases—we will contact Administrators for your org. You can now replace a Dimension with one of its Properties in grids and charts by directly selecting a grid header or a chart series. This makes it effortless to shift between details and deeper Views, helping you focus on the insights that matter most. For example, switch from Month to Year to see the bigger picture, or from Region to Country to zoom into finer detail.
This enhancement works with Dimensions and their Properties of type Dimension, as well as with mapped Dimensions and their source Dimensions.
It's easier than ever for Members to initialize a new campaign, country or version—right from a Board! Now Clone data in Metrics allows parameters, and can be added to Board Action widgets. This means Members can pick source and target data from pre-populated dropdowns, making routine cloning easy for all users. You can even have dropdowns for filters and conditions. Learn more.
Now you can hide unneeded Blocks and zoom in on what matters in your dependency diagram. Just select from the new Upstream or Downstream buttons to manage your view. You can also Focus on a path between Blocks, to show a subset of your dependencies. Learn more
You can now schedule Data Flows in Pigment to run automatically at defined intervals, ensuring your Applications remain accurate and up to date without the need for manual execution.
With scheduling for both data imports and Data Flows, you can automate end-to-end data refreshes across your models—reducing manual effort, minimizing the risk of outdated data, and freeing up more time for analysis and decision-making.
Schedule Snapshots up to three days in advance, right from your Application, to capture data exactly when you need it. This makes it easier to prepare for reporting deadlines, coordinate across Applications, and ensure consistency.
Design workflows for approval, submission, or deletion with Boolean buttons! Display Boolean Metrics as large, clearly labeled buttons—making them easier to read, faster to select, and harder to miss. Choose between checkboxes or buttons for each Metric, and customize labels and colors to match your process or brand for smoother approval and submission steps.
