Managing access rights just got simpler! You can now choose to apply access right rules to all Properties of a List in one click. With this new option, any new Properties you create will automatically have the same access settings—no more manual updates to your rules. This ensures consistent permissions, reduces maintenance, and keeps your lists secure by default.
The most recent updates to T&D make environment management smoother and more flexible. You can now copy Workspace formatting settings such as logo, color palette, and image domains across T&D environments to keep everything aligned.
Partial Deployments now include Application deletions, adding more flexibility and clarity when customizing deployment scope. Email and Slack deployment notifications are now deactivated by default, giving each user full control over what they receive.
You can now instantly collapse all rows or columns in a grid, or expand them if they’re already collapsed. This makes it much easier to configure complex grids—start from a fully collapsed View, then expand only the Items that matter most to your current analysis or planning needs.
You can also control the default state of each Item and its children through detailed configuration options, giving you full control over how your grid appears by default.
Announcing a major upgrade to the Impersonation feature! From now on, when an admin impersonates a user, they experience the full Pigment interface exactly as that user sees it—including the Applications available to them, the Boards they can access and the actions they can perform. Understand user permissions, troubleshoot access issues, or reproduce reported bugs—all without logging in to their account.
You can now duplicate up to five Applications at once, including some dependencies which will automatically be connected. This makes it faster to test setups or manage complex models.
Choose to duplicate all dependencies for a complete copy or only the ones you need for more flexibility.
You can now easily recover an Application from a backup. This update gives you greater control and confidence when managing data and making important changes—quickly retrieve a stable version of your Application after accidental changes or testing updates, without affecting your live Workspace.
Simply choose a backup to recover from, confirm the restore settings, and recover your Application with all data and configurations intact.
You can now select and edit data directly from your Map charts. Update Metrics—like account ownership, potential ARR, or active status—simply by selecting areas or markers on the map. This makes it easy to assign or rebalance sales territories, align quotas, and keep regional coverage consistent without leaving your View.
Configure an edition form to define which Metrics users can edit, then use the Start selection option to select areas or markers, update their values, and save changes instantly.
Make long formulas easily readable with this new formatting option. Clicking the new button or using its shortcut (cmd/ctrl + . (dot)) autocapitalizes functions, indents, and formats formulas over multiple lines at logical breakpoints.
We’re introducing PREVIOUSOF, a more powerful replacement for PREVIOUSBASE. PREVIOUSOF enables iterative calculations across different Blocks, allowing Metrics to reference one another step-by-step along an iteration Dimension (such as Month). It lets you unlock models that require circular referencing, like supply chain calculations or cash flow forecasting. This feature will roll out in phases—we will contact Administrators for your org.
