We're excited to introduce Mapped Dimensions—a powerful new way to analyze and group your data flexibly, without redesigning your entire model. You can leverage complex relationships between Dimensions, such as mapping Employees to Teams, or SKUs to Suppliers, even if they evolve over time. This unlocks dynamic reporting and analysis, enabling you to compare and aggregate your data with just a few clicks.
You can now import data directly from one List to another using List-to-List Import. Simply map source and target Properties with the same data type, add filters if required, and run the import—either manually, using an action button, or on a schedule.
This unlocks powerful use cases like manually syncing List data across Applications or input validations.
With List Item History Properties, you can automatically record who last created and edited Items, along with timestamps. It's a convenient way to see who last made updates and when. Whether you’re collaborating on operational plans or financial models, it’s easier than ever to maintain a reliable audit trail for List Item updates.
Simplify your security model and improve performance by applying access rights rules across related Dimensions. With access rights Dimension replacement, you can apply a single rule to multiple Dimensions—like assigning rights by Region and then applying them to Countries. You can use it now from the access rights rule configuration panel!
We’ve introduced Data Flows, a powerful new way to group and run multiple Data Actions from a single Action button on your Board.
With Data Flows, you can combine multiple Metric to Metric imports in a single flow, trigger them all at once instead of running each action manually, and easily access, edit, or duplicate flows from the new Data Flows panel.
Empower users to plan with ease using Sequences, a new way to streamline collaboration and simplify processes in Pigment. Sequences consist of a series of Boards, each representing a critical step in your planning process or assignment where input is required, ensuring clarity and efficiency at every stage.
They display only essential navigation options, making it easy to design processes that Members can adopt without extra training or complex change management. Whether contributing to financial budgets or updating cross-functional headcount information for HR, Sequences guide users through critical actions to drive faster, more accurate planning and seamless adoption across your organization.
You can now set up and manage IP Allow lists for your API Keys in Pigment. Restricting API key usage to specific IP addresses or ranges helps reduce the risk of unauthorized access if a key is exposed.
If multiple allow lists are assigned to the same key, all specified IP addresses and ranges will be permitted. You can also set a default IP Allow list to apply consistent restrictions across all keys.
Note: This feature is only available for Enterprise customers.
You can now view and manage Snapshot usage directly from the Plan & Usage page to optimize Workspace performance. Unnecessary Snapshots consume significant storage and can quickly deplete your Snapshot quota.
Proactively maintaining Workspace hygiene is essential. The Snapshot usage overview provides key insights to help you optimize storage, save space, and improve performance while staying within your limits.
We're launching the Search Boards feature! With this new AI tool, you can type in requests like “Show me reports on key accounts for last year”, and it looks up your data from any Application in the Workspace. It accepts prompts in over 50 languages, and requires no special set-up. Learn more.
