We have some exciting in-FORM-mation! You can use forms to edit and add new items to a list.
With forms, you can quickly and easily input all the necessary information for your new items in one place and even prefill with data from another item.
When you create a Role, you can now designate the lists on which the Add, Remove, or Reorder List items permissions will be applied.
This feature enables you to create Roles that have editing capabilities for specific lists while excluding others.
As this is a configuration setting at the Role level, we recommend creating a new Role for each distinct permission configuration.
Breaking news! We have expanded the functionality of Break down by to be able to break down Metrics by a List property with a data type of Dimension.
Use the Break down by feature to adjust the view of a Metric within a Table so that you can see more details on the lists or dimensions that make up that calculation.
Drill to Transaction has been replaced with Drill to Source, which now encompasses two new additions of Metrics and Dimensions lists as sources. Now you can easily identify the source data used in a calculation that originated in Dimension lists and Metrics.
Right-click on a cell and select Drill to source, from there you can choose the block type you wish to dive deeper into.
Through the use of automatically set page selectors, you will view all the Metric cells, or Transactions/Dimensions list items that were used in that cell's calculation.
Last week we let you know about the exciting new updates to the Autosave functionality and its impact on Sheet View.
Well, today is the big day. Now you can disable Autosave at the Block level, allowing Members to wait until they are done inputting to save and sync those changes with the rest of the model.
This block-level setting will remain consistent across all views sourced from it and across all Members.
We have improved our Roles, permissions & access page to have two sections dedicated to managing Board access. Now Members with the Define Application Security permission, will be able to view all Boards access by Member and Board within an application. You can even see the level of the Board permission!
So many great updates, you'll never get bored.
On Friday, April 14th, there will be changes coming to the Autosave functionality that will impact how Members interact with Sheet View.
Currently, Members must save data inputs when working in Sheet View because Autosave is turned off by default.
After the 14th, Sheet View's Autosave default will turn to On. This means Members will no longer have to save their inputs to sync their changes with the rest of the model!
Autosave will also become a block-level setting that will apply to all instances where that block is used, meaning that when Members will input on such blocks used in Boards, they will be able to bundle those inputs.

We have added SUM thing new to our Show value as and Calculated Item calculations. Now you can add together two Metrics using Show Value as or two items or item groups with Calculated items.
