The latest improvement adds the ability to create new blocks and boards directly from the Sidebar. While you are there, hover over an object to get more detail.

Create Blocks and Boards:
Hover over Blocks or Boards, when you see the + symbol, click on it to see the new ways to create!

See more details by hovering Block and Board names:

Create Folders directly from the Move menu.
Need to move an object but forgot to create the folder? You can now do that right from the move screen.
